TURNING TIDES From Asbury Park Convention Hall JAKE LEE vs. JOSH BARNETT - IF JAKE LEE LOSES HE MUST BECOME JOSH BARNETT'S YOUNG LION In the opening contest of the night, Jake Lee who comes into this match on a seven match losing streak, unable to win ever since losing that Two Out of Three Falls match to Kento Miyahara at Atlantis. Barnett would goad Lee into taking this match by after defeating Jake Lee on Oceanside Wrestling #35, and then saying he needs to take his lumps once more and be guided, and Josh Barnett is the man to do that, before saying he should take the match, unl

Peter Wilchester: HEY, GET ME A CAMERA RIGHT NOW! Peter Wilchester is storming over to the camera, looking like a lunatic possessed, as a figure is behind him, but Peter is so close to the camera and the lighting isn't exactly great here in this area backstage at the Carnage Arena, so we can't make out who it is, or really what they look like. Peter Wilchester: OBAMA! YOU FUCKER, I'M GONNA KILL YOU! YOU AMERICAN PIG, I'M TAKING YOU TO SLAUGHTER! Ah right, Peter Wilchester will go one on one with Epic, who revealed himself to be Barack Obama earlier ton

AEW DYNAMITE: 1/13/2021 CHRIS HERO VS. BRIAN PILLMAN JR. To open the show it would be Chris Hero making his debut here in All Elite Wrestling and he would go one on one with a man who has yet to really find his footing here in AEW, but is looking to make a big name of himself here tonight to kick off a new start for himself in this new brand split in AEW, in Brian Pillman Jr. Pillman Jr. would immediately bring it to Hero to start the match, using his better speed and agility to take down his opponent. But the veteran knowledge of Chris Hero would prove paramount in this match, as a

Oceanside Wrestling #33 From Asbury Park Convention Hall OW King's Champion Nick Aldis would be out to talk about what happened at Infinity War. He said that Ilja Dragunov STOLE the PWE World Openweight Championship from him, and that HE WON THE WAR for Oceanside Wrestling, and for that he should be PRAISED. Kevin Owens however would interrupt Aldis and say that them two have unfinished business with each other, and that Owens is next in line for the title shot. He would bring up that Aldis never beat him clean, and that when Aldis sicked McIntyre on him at Infinity War, he beat his

I AM FUCKING SICK OF THIS. STOP STEALING MY NAMES WHEN I'M NOT ON YOUR BRAND. I AM TIRED OF MY GOOD NAMES BEING USED WITHOUT MY CONSENT. FIRST SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST, NOW PURGATORY, IS THERE ANYTHING YOU PEOPLE WON'T STEAL FROM ME? THIS MEANS WAR. YOU ARE ALL GOING TO HEAR FROM MY LAWYERS IMMINENTLY!

Source: ringsidenews.com Looking at this, this is clearly a ticking time bomb that will go off sooner rather than later. A January 10th White House Coronavirus Task Force Report calls Florida in the “red zone” with a “full COVID-19 resurgence," and the fact that they've reopened the Performance Center, which has been listed as a hotspot for COVID-19 cases in the recent past, for five days a week training, with only one COVID test per week for trainees with them going god knows where in contact with other outside of it, something is bound to happen there, and it is not going to be good for

NXT TAKEOVER: DRAKE MAVERICK MEMORIAL SHOW RAUL MENDOZA VS. KARRION KROSS (c) - NXT NORTH AMERICAN CHAMPIONSHIP In the opening contest of the night on the NXT TakeOver: Drake Maverick Memorial Show Pre-Show, Karrion Kross would make his second ever defense of the NXT North American Championship against a true Cinderella story opponent who shocked the world by winning a 20-Man Battle Royal two weeks ago to earn this shot at Karrion Kross and the NXT North American Championship, one-third of Legado del Fantasma, Raul Mendoza. However, the clock

The winner of this match is tough for me. While I love Shingo Takagi and the NEVER Openweight Championship in my opinion has had the best match quality out of any title over the past year in NJPW, most of that thanks to the performances of Takagi himself... I think he's the one getting the IC/Heavyweight title shot at Castle Attack before Ibushi moves onto the New Japan Cup winner. Which means that Tanahashi is getting the win here. Now I don't know if that is the correct call here though, with Tanahashi being at his age and mobility, and the fact that I feel NEVER is for people a little lower

ROH Weekly Show Previews Thread
Peter Wilchester replied to Peter Wilchester's topic in Ring of Honor
Source: ROHwrestling.com A great way to start the year off (their first two 2021 episodes did not include any new content) strong for Ring of Honor. A TV Title match between two great luchadores and a Pure Rules match between Flip Gordon who wowed me at Final Battle in his match of the night against Jonathan Gresham for the Pure Title, and one of Gresham's pals in The Foundation, and the one in it with the most to prove in my opinion, Rhett Titus. Both of these matches look really good and I am very excited for this episode. I can't think of the last time ROH really had a much better card -
Source: ringsidenews.com This storyline sounds horrendous, and I am very glad IMPACT did not move forward with this storyline. This feels a lot to me like the Kurt Angle & Jason Jordan storyline WWE pulled a few years ago. And that storyline, fucking sucked, and for the payoff of all of this to be a D'Lo Brown headshake is so fucking bad. It feels like they would be putting a lot of the credibility of one of their best wrestlers in Trey Miguel in the mud for a very Jerry Springer esque "who's the father" storyline, which I don't think has ever worked in professional wrestling for anyo

Oh my god I actually may start watching IMPACT now. The one thing that kept stopping me from watching IMPACT was Josh Mathews, I can't stand the guy as a commentator, anytime I hear him I want to turn off the channel. But I love me some Matt Striker, I really like him as a commentator and while I don't think I've ever heard D'Lo on commentary, I don't think he can be much worse that Mathews in my book. So I think I'm may check out Hard To Kill to see this group in action. If not that definitely next week's IMPACT at least and see if I like it more now with Josh out. I know IMPACT has been doin
