We have had The Montreal Screwjob, Eddie Guerrero passing away in the middle of his huge push, Hulk Hogan turning heel and revolutionizing wrestling, Countless epic Wrestlemanias, the Monday Night Wars, Even the breaking of the Undertaker's legendary streak. We have had World Champions like Stone Cold, The Rock, Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair, John Cena and now we have come to this. Jinder Mahal is the man who will be representing WWE, the man who holds the biggest title in proffessional wrestling, words cant describe how much of a dark day this is. The fact that all of us are now deprived of a good Smackdown show, which was completely acing everything else in regards to wrestling and storylines, now we have to sit through this man as our champion. Not only this but he technically is above main eventers like John Cena, Randy Orton, AJ Styles, Kevin Owens. Not only that but just look at the lineage of this title, it has been dampened, it has this sort of black vortex of emptiness right smack in the middle of it. We all will have to remember 20 years in the future, that even amongst champions like Styles, Wyatt and Orton, forever etched into our brains is the scary, menacing truth that Jinder Mahal is one of them. Worst of all we all saw this coming as well, especially us on the forums who had to deal with Slim's phsycic powers. I knew it, it in the back of my mind, that this was something that WWE creative couldn't hold themeselves back from doing, they couldn't help themeselves. They saw an opportunity to get people talking and it worked, it worked like magic. Jinder Mahal is trending #1 on twitter, this is one of those times when WWE has done something just so that the reaction can make them more popular. If you think about it, us complaining and me writing paragraphs about how enfuriated I am is exactly what WWE wants you to do. They want you to react so they know they hooked you on something, and despite what everyone says about not tuning in to Smackdown this week, we all know we will. Our minds, which have been jolted with a lightning bolt of anger and energy will not rest until we see this end or or until another one of WWE's publicity stunts catches our eyes. So looking back on this rant of sorts, I realized it hasn't been much of a rant at all. It has turned into a eye awakening moment and all I have to say to WWE is that you got all of us once again.
