WHAT HAPPENED? WWE lost everything after Vince McMahon's second iteration of his revived football league the XFL, "shockingly" failed, just like it's first shot at the brand (some might say that it failed worst this time around). McMahon, dispite having said he would never involve WWE in this project, he did just that by using WWE's funds and profits for a third try with the XFL. Selling WWE in the process to unknown buyers. Would the XFL fail again or would it ROCKET itself to the stars this time? Stay tuned on your local television news stations for more. LET THE GAME BEGIN! WWE will now run one show - Main Event, Main Event will be aired on the WWE Network, since no Television station would accept this new and "poor" version of the WWE. Also, the new managment would get rid of some championships, keeping only four new championships that would replace older versions: The WWE Heavyweight Championship, the *NEW* Television Championship (as a mockery to all the TV stations that rejected WWE's offer, also replacing the Intercontinental Championship), the Women's Championship and the World Tag Team Championships. Every championship will be awarded to those Superstars who possesed the previous versions. Current Champions: WWE Heavyweight Champion - Samoa Joe WWE Television Champion - AJ Styles WWE World Tag Team Champions - The Bar WWE Women's Champion - Beth Pheonix Main Event will have it's own General Manager - WWE Hall of Famer and Legend: Trish Stratus. 2K18 RECAP: Battleground is over and done, Roderick Strong got retribution against Baron Corbin defeating him dispite interferrence by Jinder Mahal and Sami Zayn (Strong's ally). In tag team action The Bar would retain their World Tag Team Championships against High Crews (Apollo & Cedric). The WWE Women's Champion Beth Pheonix defeated Becky Lynch to retain her title, in a very fun and contested match-up. The Television Championship was on the line as champion AJ Styles defended and defeated Erick Young, but after the match Killian Dain and Alexander Wolfe would attack STyles after the match, obviously this rivalry hasn't seen the end yet. Main Event GM Trish Stratus defeated Mickie James who only accepted this match if she would recieve a championship match if she won, which she didn't, she'll be back to the bottom of the list. Finally, Samoa Joe would defend his Heavyweight Championship against Neville with success, but, Neville did get close on many occations. What would be the Battleground aftermath?

TWITCH: noyplays So, since I can’t put much of my time on my YouTube channel’s Universe Mode for now, I’m gonna take 2 hrs when ever I can to at least do something with you guys. Here’s what went down on Feb 12, 2018 edition of UM. The first episode of Kitsune (Japanese for FOX) Pro Wrestling had 5 matches in the card. Two Fatal 4 Ways which the winners of their respective matches would face each other at Great Balls of Fire for the Kitsune Heavyweight Championship. Also the superstars who don’t get pinned or submitted will go on to another Fatal 4 Way at GBOF for the Intercontinental Championship. There were also two Tag Team matches where the winning teams would face for the Tag Team titles at the PPV. Lastly a 6-Woman battle royal for the Women’s Championship. The night started with a Fatal 4 Way between Drew McIntyre, Bobby Roode, TJP and Chris Jericho. The Best in the World manage to STEAL the victory after pinning TJP who received a Glorious DDT from Bobby Roode. That match was followed by the first of two World Tag Team Championship Qualifying matches which involved the team of SAnitY’s Killian Dain and Eric Young going up against The Hardys. SAnitY picked up the victory after a massive move by Young on Jeff for the pin. The Women’s Championship Battle Royal was next, Peyton Royce, Asuka, Alexa Bliss, Bayley, Nikki Cross and Becky Lynch battled for the coveted price. Alexa Bliss managed to last eliminate Asuka to become the first ever Kitsune Women’s Championship. The second and last Tag Team Championship Qualifier went underway as the team of Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose faced the Usos. Rollins and Ambrose picked up the win after Rollins delivered the Black Out for the 1, 2 and 3. The Main Event was up and the second Fatal 4 Way between Braun Strowman, AJ Styles, Aleister Black and Finn Bálor began. Aleister Black picked up the win with a devastating Black Mass to Bálor after failing to deliver the Coup de Grace. The matches for Great Balls of Fire are set: In the main event Chris Jericho will face Aleister Black in a ladder match for the KITSUNE Heavyweight Championship. Braun Strowman, AJ Styles, Bobby Roode and Drew McIntyre will face in a Elimination Fatal 4 Way to crown the first ever Intercontinental Champion. Rollins and Ambrose will go up against the team of Killian Dain and Eric Young from SAnitY for the World Tag Team Championship. Also the new Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss must defend her newly won Championship against the last woman to be eliminated in the Battle Royal: Asuka. And Finn Bálor faces TJP in singles competition. GREAT BALLS OF FIRE Results: Chris Jericho wins the KITSUNE Heavyweight Championship in a ladder match. AJ Styles became the Intercontinental Champion. Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose won the World Tag Team Championships. Alexa Bliss managed to retain the Women’s Championship. Finn Bálor defeated TJP by Pinfall. You can join the fun on Twitch @noyplays help me book the matches and rivalries. PS: 9am east USA or 10am east USA
So, I had to restart my universe mode, and because of this.. lost motivation to play it. However I restarted, and have since been playing it a decent amount. I have just finished the Extreme Rules PPV, here are the results with a bit of a back story as to how the match came to place. SD Tag Team Titles: The Wyatt Family (harper & Rowan) def American Alpha in an Elimination match. - Final of a tournament to determine the first ever SD tag champs. US Title: Rusev (c) def Austin Aries by submission. - Aries def Shinsuke Nakamura in a #1 cont match in week 3. Both Nakamura and Aries had started well since making their debuts. SD Women's Title: Becky Lynch (c) def Asuka - Becky Lynch won the title in a battle royal on the first SD episode, last eliminating Asuka. Samoa Joe def John Cena in a No Holds Barred Match - On the first episode of SD there was meant to be a fatal 4 way to crown a #1 cont. for the WWE title between AJ Styles, Cena, Bray Wyatt and Randy Orton, however a debuting Samoa Joe assaulted John Cena, taking him out of the match. Joe claimed that he was sick of Cena getting given opportunities all of his career while Joe has had to work for everything. IC Title Triple Threat: Daniel Bryan def Apollo Crews and The Miz (c) - Both Bryan and Apollo had been in good form, had a #1 cont. match, but Miz came out and attacked them both mid-match, so Shane McMahon decided to make it a triple threat for the title. WWE Title: AJ Styles def Dean Ambrose (c) in an Extreme Rules match - Styles won the above mentioned #1 cont. match. RAW Tag Titles: The Club def The New Day (c) - The Club won a #1 cont. match on the go home RAW against The Dudleyz. RAW Women's Title: Charlotte (c) def Sasha Banks by submission - Sasha Banks lost the title to Charlotte at Wrestlemania, this was Banks' rematch clause. WWE Universal Title: Finn Balor (c) def Kevin Owens - Balor won the title in a 6 man battle royal in week 1. The other 5 competitors went through matches against each other, with the eventual #1 contenders match being Seth Rollins vs Kevin Owens. A week prior to their match, Owens pop-up powerbombed Rollins through a table backstage after a brawl between the two broke out. This led Stephanie McMahon to make the #1 cont. match a tables match, which Owens won.
So, after the pretty annoying end to my WWE 2k16 Universe Mode, I have finally got WWE 2k17, and even better, I have FINALLY moved from the PS3 to the PS4. So to kick off my new universe mode, these were the highlights of the first RAW: Shinsuke Nakamura won his debut match against a returning Alberto del Rio Rusev cut a promo mouthing off about how he's the best US champion ever and that nobody could stop him, and if they tried they would get crushed, before asking if there was anybody who could actually give him a decent challenge. John Cena came out and responded to this, and they had a match, however, just as Cena started doing damage on Rusev, Rusev walked out of the match, deliberately getting counted out (this was a tactic to keep himself fresh as he is also competing in the main event for the Universal title). However it was decided that due to walking out like this, Rusev will have to defend his title next week on RAW against John Cena in a Falls Count Anywhere match. Sasha Banks called out Charlotte and demanded her rematch for the title "right here, right now". However Charlotte declined. A brawl broke out between the two, but Stephanie McMahon came out, which stopped the brawl, and Steph said that there would indeed be a title match "right here, right now". Charlotte retained the title after hitting Banks with a second Natural Selection for the match. Enzo and Cass faced off against RAW Tag Team Champions, The New Day. If Enzo and Cass won, they would get a title match at Extreme Rules. Enzo and Cass won after hitting the Bada Boom Shakalaka on Big E. Finally, in the main event, the new and vacant Universal title was up for grabs in a 6 man over the top rope battle royal. The 6 competitiors: Seth Rollins, Kevin Owens, Rusev, Roman Reigns, Finn Balor and a returning Triple H. Elimination order: Romain Reigns, eliminated by HHH. Kevin Owens, eliminated by Rusev. Rusev, eliminated by Seth Rollins. Seth Rollins, eliminated by Finn Balor. Triple H, eliminated by Finn Balor. Winner and new Universal champion: Finn Balor.
