I havent been enjoying playing fifa recently. So I decided to make this diary as a gateway to enjoy it more. This diary will be a career mode diary where you guys make all the decisions, or at least most of them. You will pick the team I use and the positions I try to sign. Here are your options for the teams I could be.

With a good young attackive core. Bournemouth have transformed themselves from a league 2 side to a comfortable premier league side with top half finished in just 10 years. However, I believe they have ambitions that are greater. The aim with Bournemouth is to win the Premier League.

After a shock promotion to the premier league that nobody saw coming. Sheffield United need to have a great transfer window and season to have any chance of staying up. The aim with Sheffield United would be to obtain a top half finish, as then they would be a comfortable premier league side.

After being relegated from the premier league. Fulham sit in a precarious position in the championship. Where if they dont get promoted some players may leave. The objective with Fulham would be to get promoted into the premier league and stay up for one season.

Let me know who you would want to be, and if you have any questions then ask!

CHERRIES SACK HOWE
6Z4gOuN4YboU36vb15dLlJrNeuIuUF-TQPjpxh4O

Shocking news coming out of AFC Bournemouth FC tonight. As long time boss Eddie Howe has been sacked as manager. In a shocking move, the Bournemouth board have sacked their 2x manager Eddie Howe. Howe had two stints with the club. Being in charge of the side from 2008-2011 before having a one season period at Burnley. He returned to the Cherries in 2012 but now has been relieved of his duties for the second time. In his time with the club, he has seen a momentous rise to stardom occur under his leadership. As the club have transitioned from a lower league side to a stable team in the Premier League. However, it seems that this move was in the offing for a while, as a new manager has already been aligned to step into take his place. A literal unknown in the footballing world, who had been floating around managing non-league sides, Chris White has took the wheel at the club with immediate effect.

PRE-SEASON TOURNAMENT

One of the first things that Bournemouth did this season was join the European International Cup. Here is how they did in the tournament.

GROUP STAGES

First up was a game against Hertha BSC. The game was full of nothing, a few substitutions would decide the game though. As we brought on the likes of Ryan Fraser and Callum Wilson late on. We needed to bring on our stars to help our B-Team, and help they did. As 20 minutes after the substitution Mousset scored to give us the 1-0 win and 3 points in the first group game.

Next up was Levante. We started an unchanged team to the side that beat Hertha BSC. But this time they didn't bring us the same good result. As from the start we were bombarded by the Spanish side, and at the half an hour mark they made it 1-0 through Dwamena. A few minutes later Gosling would get into the book for a rash challenge. We needed something to calm us down, and we got something. As on the verge of half time Dominic Solanke equalised. However, they made a lot of attacking substitutions and got the winner in the 74' minute through Campana.

That meant our last game was a must win affair against TSG Hoffenheim. We brought out some of the big boys starting Fraser and Brooks. And our decision payed off perfectly. As we won 2-1 to advance to the semi-finals. As after 4 minutes Solanke gave us the lead. We went into half time drawing 1-1, but Mousset scored to make it 2-1.

KNOCKOUTS

In the semi-finals we had a tough match against Schalke. We chose to start Brooks and King for some fire power and the decision payed off. In a really exciting game. King scored after 8 minutes but Burgstaller equalised soon after. However, Stanislas gave us the lead again before half time. Once more though Schalke got back into it through Skrzybski. But we got a 70th minute winner through Adam Smith to send us to the final!

In said final we had Levante. And things started off badly, as Brooks got sent off inside 10 minutes. However, a few minutes later King scored from the penalty spot to put us 1-0 up. Then Bardhi got Levante back into the game. Before late on Andrew Surman got us the winner! We won the European International Cup!

Let me know how you feel the tournament went and anybody you feel we need to sign. At the moment we are looking for defensive improvements!

BOURNEMOUTH MAKE FIRST SIGNING
Our sources coming out of AFC Bournemouth today inform us that the Cherries have made their first signing of the transfer window. As the side have successfully signed Ferland Mendy. Apparently, he was not their first option, as attempts for Benjamin Henrichs, Alban Lafont and Manuel Akanji were all shut down before the side went after the French defender. The deal is reportedly worth 21 million pounds. With the fullback receiving a weekly wage of 50 thousand pounds and a sign on fee of 100 thousand pounds. In addition to this, a right back will be coming into the club, as Bournemouth have managed to get Nathaniel Clyne back from Liverpool for a little longer. Surely this strengthens their defence for the time being. But with about 20 million left, they can get one more signing. Who will it be?
