Welcome back to AEW as we have another huge night planned for you. We will hear a huge announcement relating to the AEW Tag Division tonight. We will also see tons of surprises and debuts tonight. We will also see some fan favorites in Becky Lynch and Samoa Joe in action tonight. So we have another great night planned, let’s get right into it.

We are heading straight into action tonight as we will see Becky Lynch take on Rhea Ripley in a battle of some of AEW’s best women. Becky Lynch made a claim last week that she was going to run through this division let’s see if she can live up to that though.

Becky Lynch vs Rhea Ripley

In an excellent match, Becky Lynch would defeat Rhea Ripley after making her tap out to the Dis-Arm-Her. Ripley would have some good spots her though as she took what many are calling AEW’s top women to her limit. We would see Becky Lynch celebrate in ring after the match.

After the match we see Becky Lynch in the ring celebrating with the crowd when we see 2 women rush the ring and attack Lynch from behind! It’s Fire & Desire! Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville are here in AEW and they have wasted little time going after AEW’s top women!

The two women keep beating down Lynch with both women eventually hitting their finishers. The two women are booed loudly by the crowd as we see them celebrate in the ring. Fire & Desire are here and they have already made their mark here in AEW on their first night. What does this mean for the AEW Women’s Division now that Fire & Desire are here? We then cut to a commercial break as Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville celebrate in the ring.

We came back from a commercial break to see Sami Zayn in the ring as the crowd is cheering for him. Sami is annoyed by this though as he clearly does not want the fans or he feels that he does not need their support. Sami Zayn then waits in the ring for his opponent!

We eventually hear the music play as we see Rusev make his way to the ring! Another big name is here in AEW as the crowd cheers. Sami Zayn looks a bit in shock in the ring as the match begins between the two men.

Sami Zayn vs Rusev

In a good match, Rusev defeated Sami Zayn with a Machka Kick. Rusev looked pretty dominant here as Sami only had a few moments where he looked like he could have won. Sami looks a bit lost in the ring as the crowd cheers him they clearly want the old Sami back but will Sami give it to them, or will he continue on his downward trend as of late?

We then cut backstage as we see James Storm in the locker room as he has the night off to help heal up after his loss from last week. Storm then looks over to his left as we hear the door open as he smiles. The camera pans over as we see Bobby Roode!

The two hug it out as it seems like we have a new team here in AEW as Beer Money is back together again. This time though they are in All Elite Wrestling.

As we cut back to the ring we see Broken Matt Hardy and Shelton Benjamin in the ring as we are set for singles action. Both men making their debut matches here in AEW as both would love to start off with a win here tonight.

Broken Matt Hardy vs Shelton Benjamin

In a somewhat quick match, Broken Matt Hardy would defeat Shelton Benjamin would a Twist of Fate. The crowd and Hardy would celebrate the victory after the match as Matt Hardy starts off his AEW career with a win as he looks to keep it rolling from here.

We then cut to the commentary team as they announce that a Tag Team Tournament will be held to decide the first ever AEW Tag Team Champions at AEW’s next PPV Event. It will feature the teams such as; War Machine, the Kings of Wrestling, and the reunited Beer Money. In what should be a great tournament we look forward to it and the classics it will produce.

As we cut to the ring it is time for our main event match as it will be Samoa Joe vs PCO. In what should be a matchup of two absolute machines. Samoa Joe came out last week with a dominant win last week will Joe build on that or will PCO be to much.

Samoa Joe vs PCO

In a good match, Samoa Joe defeated PCO after making him pass out to the Coquina Clutch. Both men got a fair bit on offense in here as it was an absolute brawl. Samoa Joe though would get the job done as he would end up getting PCO is the Coquina Clutch and making him pass out. Joe now moves to 2-0 as PCO starts off his AEW career with a loss.

We then cut backstage as we see Sami Zayn walking backstage distraught. We then see him grin as someone approaches him. It’s Kevin Owens! Sami just looks at him and laughs. Kevin just ignores this as he begins to talk.

Kevin: What has been going on with you lately Sami? This whole new attitude I get it your trying to stick out and everything, but let’s be honest, it just is not working. We want the old Sami back, give it to us. Give us the good Sami Zayn.

Sami Zayn looks at Kevin Owens and thinks for a second. He then walks off without saying a word. Kevin Owens smiles though as he seems to have struck a chord with Sami here tonight. The camera then cuts to the ring as it is time to find out who this major signing for AEW is.

The crowd waits in anticipation as we wait to see who AEW’s biggest signing to date is. Who could it be, who is going to be the new face of All Elite Wrestling? We then hear the music hit as the crowd goes insane! It’s John Cena! John Cena is in All Elite Wrestling!

Cena makes his way to the ring as he begins to talk. The crowd cheers as he takes it in before talking. The crowd begins to settle down as he finally gets the chance to talk.

Cena: Well this is a bit different, isn't it. But different is good, and this… I mean it just feels good. John Cena and All Elite Wrestling a match made in heaven. Trust me when I say I am all in with All Elite Wrestling and I am here to stay!

The crowd cheers but that quickly changed as we hear the music of the Miz play as Cena just smiles as he looks up to the ramp as he see the Miz and Maryse appear. We then see Miz stand on the ramp as he claps slowly making his way down to the ring.

Suddenly we see EC3 and MJF attack Cena from behind! The Miz is just seen laughing as he then slides into the ring as the 3 start to beat down Cena as Maryse cheers them on. The 3 take turns hitting their finishers as the Miz ends it will a Skull Crushing Finale.

The 4 then stand in the ring together as the Miz can be seen shouting that this is their show. AEW’s new top talent as just been laid out by the hWo and it seems like the hWo has full control in AEW now as it seems like nothing can stop them. The show then cuts off with the hWo standing tall in the ring over Cena as the crowd boos.

Season 5 | Episode 1 | "A New Era"

The New Director Of Lucha UndergroundImage result for alberto el patron lucha underground"

With Lucha Underground officially returning, now under the World Wrestling Entertainment banner, season five of the revolutionary Lucha-libre show begins inside a brand-new temple, reminiscent of the original temple from season one. However, this one is bigger than ever before, fitting around the same sized crowd as those at NXT weekly shows. Suddenly, the mood changes as the music of Alberto El Patron plays and the man walks out, suited up, hair slicked back, and an intent to be out here.

Alberto El Patron: "Ladies and gentlemen, fans of WWE, I welcome you to Lucha Underground. If you don't know already, this right here isn't just any wrestling show, this isn't just any Lucha-libre promotion, what I present to you is the home of the fiercest fighters, the most dangerous competitors to step in the ring, the most elite athletes in our sport, where the mystic origins of Lucha-libre clashes with the world-wide industry of professional wrestling."

"All around me, these spirited fans you see, these are the believers. This building that we're in, this sacred place is 'The Temple', where warriors battle it out for honor and for riches. And me, I am Alberto Del Rio, I am Mexico's greatest professional wrestling export, and now, I am the newest host of The Temple."

"Tonight, I promise to bring you incredible, extraordinary, action between these ropes with a collection of some of the world's greatest luchadores set to compete, including the hottest free agent in wrestling today, so with that said... BELIEVERS, WELCOME TO LUCHA UNDERGROUND!"

After welcoming us to the new era of Lucha Underground, with a huge smug grin on his face, Alberto spreads his arm and takes in the passion from the dedicated fans, donned 'the believers'.

Kalisto vs Killshot
Image result for killshot lucha underground"

The first luchador to enter the Temple is none other than one of today's greatest masked wrestlers, a man that has been labelled as the next Rey Mysterio Jr, Kalisto! Next, Isiah Scott comes out but he is wearing the Killshot mask that he donned during his previous time in Lucha Underground, suggesting that he is returning to this merciless, cold-blooded version of himself here inside the Temple.

In the first match in the new era of Lucha Underground, Kalisto and Killshot go to absolute war with neither man giving up an inch. Unfortunately, the difference-maker comes when two hooded men invade the ring. At first, it looks as though they're going to attack Killshot but then, Killshot begins to laugh as the three men share a fist-bump. After establishing their allegiance, the two hooded men beat down Kalisto, allowing Killshot to finish the job and get the victory.

After the match, the hooded men reveal themselves as Apollo Crews and Rush as now the peculiar trio of Crews, Killshot, and Rush continue the beat down on Kalisto. Afterward, the three men stand in the ring together, looking like a force to be reckoned with inside the Temple.

Winner: Killshot

The Temple's Most Honoured Fighter Returns

Somewhere in the Temple, we join a luchador dripping in sweat going to work on a punching bag. To a fan of his, his tattoos reveal who the man is but it isn't until he has finished the training session that the face of the man is revealed, or at least the mask covering it, as Prince Puma is officially here!

In the origins of Lucha Underground, Prince Puma was introduced by the legendary Konnan as the next great luchador. When the Lucha Underground Championship was first introduced, Puma successfully became the inaugural champion and held the belt all the way to the season finale. In the end, when Puma eventually left Lucha Underground, he left as the undisputed most accomplished luchador to step foot in the Temple. Now, he is back for the throne.

King Cuerno vs Lince Dorado

The second bout of Alberto's new Lucha Underground once again sees a WWE superstar take on a Lucha Underground original as 'The Golden Lynx' Lince Dorado takes on 'The King of the Hunt' King Cuerno.

After yet another tight match-up here tonight, Cuerno is able to show why he was one of the main stars of Lucha Underground in the past as he knocks off Dorado, picking up the victory after hitting Thrill Of The Hunt.

Winner: King Cuerno

Intentions Are Revealed

After an honorable fight between Cuerno and Dorado, we join Crews, Killshot, and Rush in a dim, moon-lit, alleyway. After they beat down Kalisto earlier, they are now simply conversing until a door behind them opens with the Lucha Underground logo printed on it and a sign that reads 'staff entrance only', indicating that this is in the alley behind the Temple. Out of the door, Del Rio walks out and over to the three men, looking around as if he doesn't want to be seen.

Arturo González (Rush)"Alberto, I was just telling Killshot and A.C. how well our plan went."

Alberto Del Rio: "Gracias, I will take over from here. Firstly, I want to thank all three of you for helping me help the luchadores that step into the Temple understand that this is very different from any other promotion, much more dangerous, much more exciting. Secondly, A.C. and Killshot, here's your money. Now, Arturo, we have further business to discuss."

After Del Rio hands Crews and Killshot a fat stack of cash each, he takes Arturo under his arm as the pair walk back through the door that Alberto came from, continuing to discuss matters between themselves. As the door closes, Crews and Killshot put the money away and walk down the alleyway with the relationship between these four men somewhat clearer.

Austin Aries vs Prince Puma
Image result for austin aries"

As we head into the final match in Lucha Underground's return episode, arguably the figurehead of the original Lucha Underground, Prince Puma, comes out first to an immaculate response from the believers. Nevertheless, his opponent is given a just as big ovation as presumably the man that Del Rio mentioned as the hottest free agent in wrestling today, 'The Greatest Man That Ever Lived', 'The Belt Collector', Austin Aries enters the Temple.

In what would turn out to be an absolute war between these two elite fighters, both Austin Aries and Prince Puma would put their all into this match, showing how much this win means to them both with them each having the opportunity to take the lead of Lucha Underground in this new era. Ultimately, the match comes to an end after Aries pokes the eyes of Puma, blinding his opponent and allowing himself to set up a Discus Fivearm, followed by a 450 splash.

Winner: Austin Aries

A Familiar Face Enters Del Rio's Office
Image result for lucha underground mystery man"

As this historic episode of Lucha Underground comes to a close, the beginning to the fifth season overall but the first season of this new era is officially over after a phenomenal main event. To everyone's surprise, the show doesn't end but instead, we explore more of the Temple as we join Del Rio in his office. Whilst he is on the phone, he is abruptly interrupted by his door being opened.

???: "Yo, wassup playa."

Alberto Del Rio: "Yes, hold on for few minutes please, I'll call you back."

Alberto slowly puts the phone down as to show that he's irritated by this interruption but as soon as he catches eyes with the intruder, he can't help but smile. Finally, the camera flips, showing us the suited man over the shoulder of Del Rio to be none other than MVP, who simply smiles back at Del Rio.

Tag League Special

World Tag League: Most Violent Players VS Mustache Mountain

NJPW's Tag League Special PPV kicks off with the Most Violent Players, Toru Yano and Togi Makabe, flanked by the returning Ryusuke Taguchi, their former six-man tag team championship partner. They do battle with Tyler Bate and Trent Seven, flanked by Pete Dunne, who has the chance to earn a United States championship match at Wrestle Kingdom later tonight. In a great opening bout, Bate and Seven would score the victory, with Bate putting away Yano with a Tyler Driver '97, moving Mustache Mountain to six points and leaving the Most Violent Players still at 0.

Junior Tag League: The Rascalz VS Mustafa Ali/Cedric Alexander

The first Junior Tag League match of the night sees Trey and Wentz of The Rascalz, flanked by Dez, who also will compete in the United States number one contender's battle royal, do battle with Mustafa Ali and Cedric Alexander. In a high-octane bout, The Rascalz would continue their winning streak with a Meteora/Swanton Bomb combination to Cedric Alexander, moving up to six points.

World Tag League: The Revival VS SoCal Uncensored

The second match of the fifth round of World Tag League sees Scorpio Sky and Frankie Kazarian look to score their first victory in WTL against the always impressive Revival. In a fantastic match, Dash and Dawson would score the victory, moving to 8 points and leaving SCU still winless. With this loss, SCU is in do-or-die territory, as any more losses will officially knock them out of World Tag League contention.

Junior Tag League: Tony Nese/Buddy Murphy VS Taiji Ishimori/El Phantasmo

The second Junior Tag League match of round 5 sees Tony Nese and Buddy Murphy do battle with former IWGP Junior Heavyweight tag team champions, Taiji Ishimori and El Phantasmo, both teams currently seated at only two points. In a great match, Taiji Ishimori and El Phantasmo score the victory after a Bloody Cross to Buddy Murphy, moving the Bullet Club tandem to four points.

World Tag League: Imperium VS The Mighty Don't Kneel

The third match of the fifth round of World Tag League sees Fabian Aichner and Marcel Barthel, flanked by WALTER, do battle with Nick Miller and Shane Thorne. In a great bout, Imperium would continue their winning ways after a slow start, with Aichner putting away Nick Miller with a Powerbomb. Imperium now moves up to six points in World Tag League, while the hot start from The Mighty Don't Kneel has seemed to have been officially snuffed out.

Junior Tag League: TJP/Drew Gulak VS Motor City Machine Guns

Our next Junior Tag League bout sees TJP and Drew Gulak do battle with the IWGP Junior Heavyweight tag team champions, the Motor City Machine Guns. In a massive upset, the former WWE Cruiserweight stalwarts score the victory, with TJP forcing Chris Sabin to submit to the TJ-Kneebar, earning them their first two points in the tournament.

World Tag League: Los Ingobernables de Japon VS Suzuki-Gun

The second to last match of World Tag League tonight sees EVIL and SANADA look to continue their undefeated run in World Tag League against Suzuki-Gun's Lance Archer and Zack Sabre Jr. In a great clash, Suzuli-Gun would finally end the streak of LIJ, with Lance Archer putting away EVIL with the EBD Claw, earning him and ZSJ four points and halting LIJ's undefeated run.

Junior Tag League: The Irish Airborne VS Suzuki-Gun

Our penultimate Junior Tag League match of the night sees the currently undefeated Irish Airborne, representing Bullet Club, do battle with Suzuki-Gun's El Desperado and Yoshinobu Kanemaru. In a great bout, filled with heelish chicanery, it seemed that Bullet Club would score yet another victory. However, just as Jake and Dave were setting up to put away El Desperado, they would be distracted by Brian Kendrick! This distraction would be enough for Kanemaru to blind Jake with a Suntory Surprise, and Suzuki-Gun would finally halt Jake and Dave Crist's impressive run, with El Desperado putting away Dave Crist with Pinche Loco and moving Suzuki-Gun to eight points. Brian Kendrick would then celebrate alongside Suzuki-Gun, signalling his arrival in NJPW and his status as the newest member of Suzuki-Gun.

World Tag League: Guerrillas of Destiny VS Roppongi 3K

The final World Tag League match of round five sees Junior tag team aces Roppongi 3K do battle with IWGP Heavyweight tag champions, the Guerrillas of Destiny. In a great bout, the Guerrillas would put away Roppongi 3K with a Powerbomb/Neckbreaker combination to SHO, moving the IWGP Heavyweight tag team champions to six points.

IWGP United States Championship Number One Contender's Battle Royal

Just before tonight's main event, we see a 25-man battle royal to determine Jon Moxley's Wrestle Kingdom challenger. The 25 men in question are Christopher Daniels, Pete Dunne, WALTER, Adam Cole, Roderick Strong, Sami Callihan, Chase Owens, Dezmond Xavier, Mark Coffey, Joe Coffey, Wolfgang, Bobby Lashley, Brian Cage, Jeff Cobb, Brian Kendrick, Bronson Reed, Santino Marella, Chuck Taylor, Trent Barreta, Abyss, Crazzy Steve, Rocky Romero, David Finlay, Juice Robinson and Sheamus, who all enter to varying reactions. In a cluster of a match, we would see men eliminated one at a time, until finally, there is only one man standing...As the dust settles, the only man remaining in the battle royal is the leader of Bullet Club, Sami Callihan. Sami Callihan has now punched his ticket to Wrestle Kingdom with a clash against Jon Moxley for the IWGP United States championship set.

Junior Tag League: Undisputed Era VS The Young Bucks

Tonight's main event sees the final Junior Tag League match of round 5 between Bobby Fish and Kyle O'Reilly and the Young Bucks. In a stellar clash, Fish and O'Reilly are able to just eke out the victory over the Jackson brothers, putting away Nick with Chasing the Dragon. With this victory, the Undisputed Era now share a joint lead in Junior Tag League with eight points alongside Suzuki-Gun and the Irish Airborne, and they must be heavy favorites to go all the way.

After the match, the leader of Undisputed Era, Adam Cole would grab a microphone and begin to speak angrily to the audience. Adam Cole says he's heard all these rumblings about NJPW still not figuring out what to do for the Junior Heavyweight championship match at Wrestle Kingdom. Adam Cole states that he has been the top Junior Heavyweight competitor in the world for years, and alongside the rest of Undisputed Era, he ran roughshod over WWE. So far in NJPW, it's been the same story, and he deserves a feature spot on the Wrestle Kingdom card. Yuji Nagata would then enter the arena, and he would agree that Adam Cole has a point. With this in mind, Adam Cole will be one half of the Junior Heavyweight championship match at Wrestle Kingdom, and his opponent will be decided later. NJPW then signs off with the Undisputed Era celebrating, and the current tag league standings are shown.

Current standings:

World Tag League:

8 points: Los Ingobernables de Japon, Roppongi 3K, The Revival.

6 points: Mustache Mountain, Guerrillas of Destiny, Imperium.

4 points: The Mighty Don't Kneel, Suzuki-Gun.

2 points: None.

Monday Night Raw- Episode 12 "Firefly Funhouse"

Tonight is a fun night, a holy night, a wonderful night and surely a fun night. The Fiend won the Universal Championship just 2 weeks ago at Wargames, but who will step up to the evil one? As we think The Fiend is done with his tactics, the light flicker on and off repeatedly.  Before Kenny Omega steps up to the "Evil One", as our Armageddon World Championship match is set.

Aleister Black vs Dragon Lee

We begin our weekly show, with an interesting match here. Both men have been doing good thus far in the WWE, but they need to take that extra step to unveil their full potential. Will either of these men be able to do that tonight?

The match begins with a lockup, the strength advantage seems to go to Aleister Black here as he pushes his opposition into the corner. He goes for a big lariat, but Dragon Lee is right there to get his legs up, right to the skull. As Black falls down to the canvas, Lee proceeds to go for a rolling dropkick.

As we would continue, Lee would not go for the cover, was this a smart idea? Surely not. This has been a great match so far, but we must continue and when we do, Dragon goes for a top rope stomp, but Black would get his knees up just in time. Going to the corner rather quickly, for a running knee strike. Could that be it?

Black would then do what Dragon lee decided not to do, go for the cover. But was unlucky as his opponent would kick out at a 2 count. But Aleister Black was not done just yet, as he would set up for a Black Mass to possibly end this one.

A big win for Aleister Black here tonight, but will this be the same result in just 6 days? Where he will go one on one with Pentagon Jr, what a match that will be.

Cody Rhodes vs Joey Janela

Our next match is a solid opportunity for both men. Both men debuting here tonight, looking to prove they are worth being signed. As both head to the ring, we all know Cody Rhodes is going to use Brandi to his advantage, so Joey must be careful.

The match begins with a staredown, neither man giving an inch. Before locking up, the strength advantage goes to Cody Rhodes. He then sends Joey Janela into the corner, he strikes with a forearm now. As Cody would then go for another one, Joey would catch him for an exploder suplex. And proceeding to go to the apron, for a slingshot clothesline.

That could be it, he would now go for the cover, looking for the ending. But it would only occur to be quite the end, as Cody Rhodes would kick out at a 2 count. Cody looks relieved, as he realized he is still in this one. Rhodes quickly gets back up, getting ready for a "Beautiful Disaster". Could this be it, or is Joey Janela still in this?

Cody Rhodes would decide against going for the cover, instead he seemed to have other plans in mind. As he would pick up his opposition, calling for a Cross Rhodes. But Joey would reverse into a ddt. As Rhodes was down, Joey would go to pick him up, but Cody was aware of his surroundings and would go for a Cross Rhodes and connect.

And that is it, a great debut for both of these men, but Cody Rhodes was just that much better. This Sunday he gets his chance at the Universal Championship against Kenny Omega and The Fiend, can he do it, or will he fall?

A Chance At Stardom

See the source image

As we return from commercial break, a man we have not seen before. Roman Reigns, is sitting down awaiting to speak. He seems very pumped up but also nervous. As he has something to share, lets get ready.

Roman Reigns- This Sunday, I go one on one with one of the all time greats in Chris Jericho. I want to prove I have what it takes to be a key player here in the WWE. This is my chance to become one of the best, and this Sunday I do just that.

Seth Rollins vs Shingo Takagi

We have now reached our main event of the night folks, Champion vs Challenger . Intercontinental champion, Shingo Takagi will go one on one with the number one contender for the  Universal Championship Seth Rollins. Who will come out with the victory?

The match would begin with a lockup, the strength advantage going to Shingo, who would send Rollins into the corner. He would then proceed to go for a lariat, but Rollins was able to get out of the way just in time. Shingo has a surprised look upon his face, Rollins realized this and strikes with a superkick. Shigno still up, going for a huge lariat.

As we would continue, it would become a common issue for Seth Rollins as he would run out of energy very quickly. But we had to have a winner at the end of the day, so as we came to the ending points of this match. Shingo would go for another lariat, but Rollins would duck hitting another superkick, following up with a curb stomp for the win.

Seth Rollins vs AJ Styles

Aleister Black vs Pentagon JR

Sasha Banks(C) vs Shayna Baszler- Womens Championship

Shingo Takagi (C) vs Kushida- Intercontinental Championship

The Fiend(C) vs Kenny Omega vs Cody Rhodes- Universal Championship

New Japan Pro Wrestling

Junior Tag League: Tony Nese/Buddy Murphy VS The Rascalz

NJPW kicks off hot with Tony Nese and Buddy Murphy doing battle with Trey and Wentz of The Rascalz, with Nese and Murphy dangerously close to being knocked out of Junior Tag League contention. In a great match, Nese and Murphy would come up short yet again, Nese falling to a Meteora/Swanton Bomb combination. The Rascalz now move up to eight points, tying with the top teams of the league, while Nese and Murphy are all but eliminated from Junior Tag League at this point.

World Tag League: Most Violent Players VS The Mighty Don't Kneel

Our first World Tag League match of the night sees the scoreless Most Violent Players do battle with Nick Miller and Shane Thorne. In a great bout, Yano and Makabe would finally end their streak of losses, with Makabe putting away Miller with a King Kong Knee Drop. Though the Most Violent Players are all but eliminated at this point, they're still looking to deliver an impressive late showing in the tournament.

Junior Tag League: Mustafa Ali/Cedric Alexander VS The Irish Airborne

The second Junior Tag League bout of the night sees Cedric Alexander and Mustafa Ali do battle with Jake and Dave Crist of Bullet Club, flanked by Bullet Club leader, Sami Callihan. Callihan earned a shot at the IWGP United States championship at Tag League special, and he now looks to ensure that one of the two Bullet Club junior tag teams will have a title match at Wrestle Kingdom, as well. In a stellar bout, the Irish Airborne appeared to be closing in on victory, but only after interference from Callihan. This interference drew out United States champion Jon Moxley, who fought Callihan off. This distraction would be enough for Cedric Alexander to recover, putting away Dave Crist with a Lumbar Check. This victory moves Cedric and Ali up to six points, still in good position for victory in Junior Tag League, while the Irish Airborne remain at eight for two matches in a row.

World Tag League: Imperium VS SoCal Uncensored

The second World Tag League match of the night sees Fabian Aichner and Marcel Barthel, flanked by WALTER, do battle with Frankie Kazarian and Scorpio Sky, flanked by Christopher Daniels. In a stellar match, SCU would finally score their first two points in World Tag League, with Scorpio Sky putting away Fabian Aichner with a 450 Splash. Though SCU are all but eliminated, they will continue to give their all in the final stretch of World Tag League.

Junior Tag League: TJP/Drew Gulak VS The Young Bucks

Junior Tag League carries on with TJP and Drew Gulak, who just scored their first victory in the tournament, taking on The Young Bucks, who have been underperforming in this tournament so far. The Bucks would manage to finally turn their woes around, putting away TJP with a Meltzer Driver and moving up to five points.

World Tag League: Suzuki-Gun VS The Revival

World Tag League carries on as former WWE tag team stalwarts, The Revival, do battle with the Suzuki-Gun duo of Lance Archer and Zack Sabre Jr. In a great match, The Revival would prove why they're such heavy favorites to win World Tag League, putting away ZSJ with a Shatter Machine and moving up to 10 points, now leading the pack in World Tag League.

Junior Tag League: Taiji Ishimori/El Phantasmo VS Undisputed Era

The second to last Junior Tag League bout of the night sees the Bullet Club tandem of Taiji Ishimori and El Phantasmo do battle with Junior Tag League favorites, Bobby Fish and Kyle O'Reilly. In a fantastic bout, the former IWGP Junior Heavyweight tag champions would score the victory over the Undisputed Era, with Taiji Ishimori putting away Bobby Fish with a Bloody Cross and moving the Bullet Club duo to six points.

World Tag League: Mustache Mountain VS Roppongi 3K

The penultimate World Tag League match of the night sees Tyler Bate and Trent Seven, flanked by Pete Dunne, do battle with Roppongi 3K, flanked by Rocky Romero. In a stellar clash, Mustache Mountain would score the victory over the Junior Heavyweight stalwarts, with Tyler Bate putting away SHO with a Tyler Driver '97, placing Mustache Mountain at eight points alongside Roppongi 3K, only one victory behind the current block leaders, The Revival.

Junior Tag League: Suzuki-Gun VS Motor City Machine Guns

The final Junior Tag League match of round six sees the Suzuki-Gun duo of Yoshinobu Kanemaru and El Desperado take on the IWGP Junior Heavyweight tag team champions, the Motor City Machine Guns. In a fantastic match, the champions would reign supreme, putting away Kanemaru with a Made in Detroit and moving to seven points.

World Tag League: Los Ingobernables de Japon VS Guerrillas of Destiny

Tonight's main event sees EVIL and SANADA do battle with the IWGP Heavyweight tag team champions, the Guerrillas of Destiny. Ultimately, GoD would prove that they have LIJ's number, putting away Evil with a Powerbomb/Neckbreaker combination and moving up to eight points in World Tag League.

After the match, the leader of Bullet Club, Sami Callihan would get on the microphone and talk about his victory at Tag League Special. Sami says that even though Moxley caught him off guard earlier tonight, Callihan is the only man who is more dangerous and capable of destruction as Moxley. Callihan says he's ready for Moxley, but he knows exactly what kind of man Jon Moxley is...Sami Callihan then says he wants to face Moxley in an environment that can only properly suit two lunatics of their nature. Sami Callihan officially lays down the gauntlet. He wants to face Jon Moxley at Wrestle Kingdom, in NJPW's second ever...Ladder match! The audience goes wild at this announcement, and Callihan leaves with the rest of Bullet Club after this declaration, with NJPW then signing off and displaying the current standings for the tag leagues.

Welcome back to AEW as we will see the entire first round of the Tag Team Tournament takes place tonight as it will make up the matches for the night. We will also here from Fire & Desire after they attacked Becky Lynch backstage last week, we will also see the aftermath of John Cena’s debut and how he was laid out by the hWo last week. We have a great night planned let’s get right into as AEW kicks off!

We kick off the show as we see Sonya Deville and Mandy Rose in their locker room as they were originally scheduled to come out to the ring but it seems like they had other things in mind. We see the two relaxing in their locker room as they see the camera and begin to laugh.

Mandy Rose: Listen I am going to keep this short and sweet because I don’t want to waste anymore of my time with people as irrelevant as yourselves. So all I want is one thing, I want to be your AEW Womens Champion. So AEW let’s make it happen Mandy Rose the first ever AEW Womens Champion. Cause everyone knows that I am the only one who is relevant to hold that title. Well Becky might of been but after last week not so much.

Mandy and Sonya then laugh as Sonya pushes the camera away and out of the room. Mandy has made a statement here today as we cut to the ring for the first time tonight.

We kick off the tag team tournament tonight as we are set to see Private Party take on The Wolves. In a battle of one of the hot upcoming teams in Private Party and a well known veteran team in The Wolves it should be a great match in which it's anyone's game, let’s see who comes out on top.

Private Party vs The Wolves

In a great match, Private Party defeated The Wolves after Marq Queen defeated Eddie Edwards with a quick roll up. A bit of a fluke victory some are saying but a win nonetheless. Private Party now move onto the second round of the Tag Team Tournament.

We cut backstage as we see John Cena. He clearly looks a bit upset after his debut was ruined at the hands of the hWo. Cena looks at the camera as he manages a smile as he begins to talk, discussing what happened during his debut last week.

Cena: Everywhere I go there is someone who has a problem with me. Well it looks like the hWo doesn’t want me here. Well guess what hWo I don’t care if you want me here or not. I am all in with All Elite Wrestling and no one is going to tell me otherwise. So hWo if you got a problem with it we can settle it like we always have in that ring. So hWo I will be seeing you around.

Cena then smiles once again at the camera as he walks off. We hear him whistle as he walks away seemingly content. It seems the hWo has not affected Cena much as he seems unfazed. We will see how the hWo react to this in the future as Cena has seemingly challenged them.

We are set for our second tag team tournament match of the night as the Kings of Wrestling will take on the Brit-AM Brawlers. Kings of Wrestling are the heavy favorites here as they have more talent and skill. The Brit-AM Brawlers will need a major upset here to move on but anything is possible, I suppose.

Kings of Wrestling vs Brit-AM Brawlers

In a short match, the Kings of Wrestling defeated Brit-AM Brawlers after Cesaro defeated Danny Burch after making him tap out to the Sharpshooter. The Kings of Wrestling looked dominant here as they wiped the floor with Lorcan and Burch moving them on to the second round of the AEW Tag Team Tournament.

We cut backstage as we see Kevin Owens sitting backstage as Sami Zayn walks up to him. Owens smiles as it seems as Sami has finally come to his senses and is going to welcome back the people to his side as he looks to start new in AEW.

Sami: You know I thought about it and what have you done here Kevin? You know I just got a match made for you next week against Rusev so have fun with that. See if you still want to be with those people after Rusev kicks your ass and they turn on you.

Sami then walks off as Kevin sits there confused. We see Kevin look at him and laugh though eventually as he clearly likes his chances against Rusev. Owens then sits back in his chair as the camera cuts away back to the ring.

In a battle of two of the larger teams in AEW War Machine will take on the Ascension. War Machine is going in as the favorites here but with the size that both teams have anyone could come out on top in this one. One big punch or one big boot and it could be over.

War Machine vs The Ascension

In a short match. War Machine defeated The Ascension after Hanson defeated Viktor after he was hit with the Fallout. War Machine looked dominant here as despite the size of the Ascension they really stood no chance. War Machine move on and look dominant doing so.

We see a video package play hyping up AEW’s newest signing in Zoe Lucas. A bit of an unknown to the fans but she has managed to land a contract with the company. She has been rumored to have a large supporter backstage that has given her this opportunity. So everyone without further a do let’s welcome Zoe Lucas to AEW!

In our main event it will be the most hyped match out of the first round of the Tag Team Tournament. We will see the return of Beer Money as they take on one of the top teams of today in Proud and Powerful. Either team could win this one let’s see who ends up coming out on top here.

Beer Money vs Proud and Powerful

In an excellent match, Beer Money defeated Proud & Powerful when Bobby Roode defeated Ortiz with a Glorious DDT. Roode and Storm’s experience really showed in this match as they came away with the win. Beer Money seems to have a bright future in AEW now let’s just see if they can keep the ball rolling. The show comes to an end with Beer Money celebrating in the ring.

Season 5 | Episode 2 | "The Untamable"

MVP Is Bringing The Untamable To Lucha UndergroundImage result for mvp tna suit

At the end of last week's show, we saw MVP enter the new host of the Temple, Alberto Del Rio's office. Now, we return to see what went down between these two.

MVP: "Del Rio, I heard you've taken over the reins here in the Temple."

Alberto Del Rio: "Then you have heard correctly. Is there something I can help you with? I haven't got much time for non-sense at the moment."

MVP: "Don't worry brother, I understand. You're the new host, you've got a lot of pressure on you right now, especially with WWE breathing over your shoulder, but I'm here to propose a way to alleviate some of those pressures. See, in my almost twenty years in this industry, I've traveled around the world and competed against the best talents our sport has to offer. Now, I'm here in Lucha Underground to bring you those talents. Throughout my journeys, I've been working on a plan of mine, a plan to create an international brand that represents and provides the best fighters in the world. Del Rio, what I am offering to you is exclusive access to my brand, UNTAMABLE."

Alberto Del Rio: "That's all fine and sounds really exciting but how am I supposed to trust you? What do you have to show that will make me want to invest in your brand?"

MVP: "Actually, I'm happy you asked that."

After pitching his business proposition to Del Rio, MVP is given the opportunity to show Del Rio why he should invest in the 'UNTAMABLE' brand. Therefore, MVP pokes his head back out the door and signals for someone to enter. As they do, the camera cuts to Del Rio with the only part of the MVP's fighter being shown is his foot... His barefoot. With the camera on Del Rio, he smirks, shocked that MVP managed to sign such a high caliber talent.

Alberto Del Rio: "Muy bien Mr. Porter, I think we've got the first half of tonight's main event."

Jordan Devlin vs Sin CaraImage result for sin cara

After an eventful beginning to the show, we return to ringside as we get set for the first bout of the night. In singles competition, 'The Irish Ace' Jordan Devlin takes on one of the most notable luchadores to make the jump from Mexico to the WWE, Sin Cara.

As Ireland and Mexico clash in the form of these two fighters, the contrast in fighting styles becomes apparent, with Devlin's approach being much brasher and Sin Cara's involving a lot more finesse. In the end, unlike his friend Kalisto, Sin Cara is able to come out victorious in his Lucha Underground debut.

Winner: Sin Cara

Another Illustrious Heritage Enters The TempleWLlTchy.png

Now, we join three men inside the depths of the Temple, they stand with each other but none of there faces are revealed. Suddenly, the door to the room they are in opens as in walks Del Rio.

Alberto Del Rio: "Mi amigos, how are we all?"

After Del Rio greets the men, their faces are revealed as Humberto and Angel of the Garza Family alongside Raul Mendoza.

Alberto Del Rio: "I'm so glad to have the newest generation of the prestigious Garza Family in the Temple, as well as your newest accomplice, Mendoza."

Angel Garza: "I can imagine you are. Now, have you found a worthy opponent for Humberto yet? You don't want a disappointing main event on your second show as host, right?"

With Angel instigating that Humberto is already set to compete in tonight's main event, Del Rio smiles at the three men as he knows he has an opponent certainly worthy of the spot, thanks to MVP.

Chavo Guerrero vs Rey FénixRelated image

In the second bout of the second episode of the new Lucha Underground, two fighters who we've seen compete inside the Temple before and who have won Lucha Underground gold in the past would return as Rey Fénix goes one on one with Chavo Guerrero of the legendary Guerrero Family.

With both men looking to gain momentum in their returns to the Temple, these two would put on a terrific performance as Chavo looks to capitalize on what may be his last opportunity to be at the top of the mountain whilst Fénix looks to capitalize on the fact that right now, he's entering his prime. In the end, Fénix is victorious and celebrates a big win early on the new era of Lucha Underground.

Winner: Rey Fénix

Devlin Is Introduced To A New Face 9hkH0xK.png

In the Temple's lockerroom, Jordan Devlin is packing his gear away and getting ready to leave after a disappointing outcome to his match earlier tonight. However, he is stopped by someone that not many will recognize but for those that do, it is an exciting moment to see 'The King of Smoke Style' Bobby Gunns here in Lucha Underground. With a cigarette between his lips, Gunns begins to talk with his German accent and raspy voice very prominent.

Bobby Gunns"Hello there Irish Ace. Who am I? I'm the young stunner, the king of smoke style, Bobby Gunns. Whilst you were becoming number one in Ireland, I was just over the channel making myself known in Germany, fighting alongside some of the roughest and most passionate in our business but now, our paths meet here in the Temple."

Jordan Devlin: "That's great, fella, but what do you want?"

Bobby Gunns"Nothing, just to introduce myself. Oh, and just remember this for me: smoking kills, but Bobby Gunns is killer."

After an odd altercation, Gunns casually takes one last drag of his cig before throwing it on the floor, stamping on it and extending his hand to Devlin. At first, Devlin hesitates but eventually, he does take the handshake, still unsure of Gunns' intentions. Nevertheless, Gunns then leaves nonchalantly as Devlin goes back to packing his things.

Humberto Carrillo vs Matt RiddleImage result for matt riddle

As we head into our main event, as was revealed earlier, Humberto Carrillo enters as the first participant with his cousin, Angel Garza, and close friend, Raul Mendoza, not far behind him. Next, MVP steps out and hypes up his first official signing to the UNTAMABLE brand before revealing him as... MATT RIDDLE! The Original Bro makes his way out to the Temple's ring as the crowd explodes in excitement!

In an incredible match between two of the best at their respective fighting styles, we see Carrillo and Riddle absolutely tare each other apart. With each man trying to put their name at the top of the pecking order early on here in the Temple, the contest turns out to be extremely competitive as both men give their all. Nonetheless, in the end, it is indeed Matt Riddle of MVP's UNTAMABLE Brand who prevails as victorious.

Winner: Matt Riddle

Aerostar's Mission ContinuesRelated image

As it seems as though the show is over, suddenly we join Aerostar in an undisclosed location and because we are late into the night, it is hard to identify the surroundings but it we are able to see that Aerostar is walking with precaution down an alleyway. As he approaches a door, he gently opens it, slips in and then closes the door behind him.

Inside, he goes straight to the second door on the right and walks straight in, only coming to a stop once he has entered. From there, Aerostar looks past the camera as if there is someone there.

Aerostar: "The rumours are true, Lucha Underground has returned, they have a brand new Temple and Alberto is now the host. Here, we are safe but we're going to have to wait for the right time to get justice and for you to take back what was stolen from you."

Once Aerostar has finished reporting back to whoever he is talking to, he extends his hand as we see him share a handshake with his acquaintance but all we see of the anonymous person is their hand, which visibly is that of a man. With that, Aerostar exits and the second episode of the new era of Lucha Underground comes to an end.

We are finally here, WWE Armageddon. We have a stacked card for all of you here tonight, but we always need a huge opening. And tonight we have just that for you, as we start off this night with Seth Rollins vs AJ Styles.

This feud has been very personal, AJ Styles would single handdly screw Seth Rollins out of his oppurtunity to retain his championship. In the past few weeks, it was decided that The Fiend was victorious, declaring a new Champion. Rollins has not forogtten that night, and tonight is all about getting his revenge.

As both men make their way to the ring, their is a certain ominous feeling in the air. Maybe it is the grudge that Seth Rollins holds against his opposition here tonight, or maybe it is the hate of the Bullet Club. But tonight only one thing matters, Seth Rollins defeating AJ Styles.

The bell rings and we are off, we begin with a lockup. The strength advantage goes to Seth Rollins with a slight edge, as he irish whips AJ Styles into the corner, proceeding with a running forearm, but Styles gets out of the way just in time. Now striking his arch enemy with a kick to the gut and then a forearm smash, right to the jaw of Rollins.

Continuing on in this matchup, AJ Styles knew that wouldnt put away Seth Rolllins, well atleast not yet. He would pick up Seth, looking for a Styles Clash but Rollins would reverse into a powerbomb position, Styles reversing now this time. But Styles would go for a shin kick, but Rollins would stand up and get ready for what he likes to call, a buckle bomb.

Once Rollins feels comfortable again, not feeling like a loss can be possible here tonight. Rollins now picks up a wounded Aj Styles, throwing him out to ringside. Heading to the top rope very slowly, hearing the cheers from the crowd, soaring into the air with a elbow drop through the announce table!

Omg! What a match to start off the show, it has been truly amazing so far. And we are just getting started, many more matches to come. Seth Rollins finally gets back up,  throwing AJ Styles back in the ring. Now setting up for a crucial Styles Clash which gives him the victory.

A big win for AJ Styles tonight and bullet club, later tonight, Bullet Club member Kenny Omega fights for the Universal Championship, can he do it? As we move on, our next match wont dissapoint, as Shingo Takagi defends his intercontinetal Championship against a determined Kushida.

This upcming match, is two months in the making. It would first start with Kushida challenging Shingo Takagi to a match at Bad Blood, but at first Shingo would decline, Kushida would not give up at any cost. He would only stop when Shingo finally gave hima match here tonight.

Both men make their way to the ring, both looking determined and ready to bring their best here tonight. We know how Kushida feels, overlooked in some aspect. While Shingo feels like he contuinly has to prove something to everyone.

We begin this match, as they try to feel eachother out. They are very new to eachther, not used to eachother's aresenals. As we continue these two men lockup, the strength advantage easily going to Shingo Takagi, as he throws Kushida into the corner. Throwing blow by blow, until Kushida would finally get out of the way and strikes the champion with a Pele Kick.

As we continue, Kushida is looking great so far in this matchup, but Shingo would look to get back into this one. As he would go for a big larait, but Kushida would duck under and connect with a german suplex of his own. Shingo would get up fairly quickly, now finally connecting with his own german suplex.

Shingo would now go for a cover but only pull off a 2 count. As the 2 count would occur, Kushida would slowly make it back to his feet, egging on Shingo on, calling for one more german suplex and he would get his wish. As one more german suplex would be ensued. But he was not done yet, as Shingo would lift his opposition up for the "Last Of The Dragon" for the 3 count and the victory.

Our next match is, for the Womens Championship, as Sasha Banks defends against the dominant one, Shayna Baszler. It has become prominent, that Shayma will be Sasha's toughest challenge since Becky Lynch a month ago, can she retain her gold?

See the source imageSee the source image

As both women make their way to the ring, you can tell this means so much to both women. They want to be the face of this company, and that all depends on the outcome of this matchup, which women will be able to rise up the occasion?

The bell rings and we are off, starting up with a lockup. The strength advantage would easily go to Shayna who would throw her opposition into the corner. Now going for a huge forearm, but Sasha would get out of the way just in time. Sasha would now get the upperhand in this clash, as she would send Shayna down to the canvas, stomping on her head over and over again.

Shayna would be down on the ground for a few moments, she would begin to get up very slowly. Before striking Sasha Banks with a huge forearm once she would get up fully. Laying out the Women's Champion at the moment, but will she be after this clash? We will surely find out. Shayna now picks up Sahsa, getting ready for that vintage choke hold but instead Sasha sends her into the corner, attacking her with a double knee strike.

Shayna is still standing, but how much does she have left in her? She goes after Sasha but falls back down to the canvas due to exhaustion. Banks takes advantage of this, as she locks in the Banks Statement, but after a few moments Shayna is able to reach the ropes. Waiting another few moments, before getting up and connecting with a chokehold, Sasha can only hang on a few moments before tapping out.

This match has been buliding up for the past two months, Pentagon has been known for breaking arms. And Aleister Black for his eerie darkness. But which darkness is just more dominant? Tonight we find out, who is the superior man.

Both men make their way to the ring, that eerie feeling has returned, and in this arena it is even more powerful. This match is going to be great, so lets get started.

The match begins with a lockup, the strength is neutral between the two. Neither man wanting to give away an inch. We continue on, as Black pushes Pentagon off of him, striking him with a huge kick. But it seems to have no effect on him at all. Pentagon then chops Black back down to size, stepping on his wrists at all costs. You can see and feel the agony upon Black's face. But Black would not take that, as he would sweep the legs of Pentagon, proceeding to go for a double stomp.

Black would then go for a pinfall...1...2... but only a 2 count there. Black would begin to rage, becoming frustrated at the outcome of this match thus far. He would pick up, the wounded Pentagon Jr, taking him over to the corner, striking him the most brutal kicks we have seen in a very long time. Then going to the other side of the ring, setting up for a running knee strike.

As it seems we are getting to the closing points of this matchup, Black continues the attack. Stomp by stomp, over and over again. But the attack would be stopped abruptly with a superkick by Pentagon and proceeding with a Package Piledriver for the victory.

It is now main event time, where The Fiend will defend his Universal Championship against two hungry perfomers in Kenny Omega and Cody Rhodes. But it must not be so enticing knowing the champion is The Fiend at the moment.

Damn how every competitor looks hungrier than the next. This match means so much to all three of these men. And now they get to showcase what the company WWE is all about.

The match begins with The Fiend scampering to the outside. Leaving Kenny Omega and Cody Rhodes to fend off to eachother. They would lockup, where the strength advantage would go to Kenny Omega just with a slight edge. He would send his opposition into the corner, laughing at the strength he has. He would go for a big lariat but Omega would reverse it and go for a lariat, but Cody would duck under and hit one of his own.

He would go for the cover, but The Fiend would slither back in the ring to break up the count. The Fiend would now take the attack to a wounded Kenny Omega, hitting him with a damaging punch, taking Omega out of the equation and out of the ring. A few moments later, Omega would be back in the equation, as he would hit a dragon suplex on Cody Rhodes.

The Fiend is still right there though, as he attacks Omega with his best shots. Looking to set up for a Sister Abigail. He waits a few moments before finally doing so and retaining his pure gold. Who can stop this man, can anyone?

Monday Night Raw-Episode 13-"Royal Rumble Dawns"

We open up this week's edition of Monday Night Raw with none other than Jay White, who wasnt lucky enough to have a spot on last night's ppv. But the tension of competition has no eluded Jay White. Tonight we hear from "Switchblade" Jay White.

Jay White- Last night I was not on Armageddon, I honestly find it to be a disgrace. I am the best competitor in WWE at the moment, but nobody seems to realize that. So I am going to make everyone realize this simple fact, by winning the Royal Rumble in just a little under 5 weeks. I will be the first man to declare my entry into the Royal Rumble.

Kota Ibushi vs Johnny Gargano

This should be a great opening match up here tonight. As two men that were involved, in the Wargames Match last month fight it out tonight. Earlier today, reported to WWE.com, these two men would confirm their entrys in this year's Royal Rumble match. This match will be crucial for momentum.

We begin this match with a lockup, the strength advantage going to Kota Ibushi with just a slight edge. Pushing his opposition into the corner, presuming with some strikes to the abdomen. It has become apparent early on in this matchup, Ibushi is needing a victory tonight, can Johnny get back into this one? Kota would go back on the attack, but would be interrupted with a disgraceful slap.

As we continue on, the disgraceful slap turns into pure rage for Kota Ibushi. He does not take disrespect lightly, he fires up with mutilple strike combos, sending Johnny Gargano down to the canvas. Pleading for mercy now. But Kota would not give mercy, instead he would give a "Mushroom Stomp".

Ibushi would then go for a pinfall,1..2.... but only a 2 count would be retrieved. Both men would be down on the canvas, seeming to be exhausted. But a few moments later, both men would be up, having a slap fest until Kota Ibushi would flal back down to the canvas. Johnny setting up for a slingshot ddt back out on the apron. And he would hit it for the victory.

Aleister Black vs Dragon Lee

Our next match seems to be two men with two totally diffrent styles. So it should be a fun one, Aleister Black was unsuccesful against Pentagon last night so you have to think, is he in the right mind set for a matchup tonight?

The bell rings and we are off, as both men tangle up in a perfect lockup. The strength advantage easily goes to Aleister Black. As he pusheds The luchador into the corner, proceeding to strike him with a huge running forearm for good measure. As Aleister Black goes to the other corner and runs for another one, Lee gets out of the way just in time. And goes for a running dropkick of his own, connecting perfectly.

But he is not done yet, as he continues a fury of stomps attack, not letting the dark one breath for a second. As Lee would get back up, Black would get up very shortly afterwards. Taking Lee's head pratically off of his shoulders with a huge lariat. Followed up by a beautiful roundhouse kick, taking Dragon Lee straight down to the canvas.

Both men have looked very impressive in this bout thus far, but who wants it more? Who wants the win that much more? And it becomes evident that Aleister Black wants it just that much more. As he ends the match with a Black Mass. But his past would continue to haunt him, as a video would appear of Pentagon licking blood of his arm, pointing right back at him.

Coming Soon....V2

As we return from commercial break, a video package begins to play of Drago. A new recruit of WWE, stating that his goal in mind, is to make anyone who steps up to him his prey, the locker room has officialy been put on notice.

AJ Styles vs Kushida

What a match this will be. Two men who have taken over WWE since arriving here, and continue to look upon doing so. But who wants that takeover more? Who will have more in the tank tonight? We find out right now! Kushida vs AJ Styles.

We start off with our usual lockup, the strength advantage going to a veteran in AJ Styles, as he pushes Kushida into the corner. AJ would then go for a running forearm, but Kushida would get an elbow up, and into the skull just in time. AJ falls back down to the canvas, while Kushida sets up for a handspring cutter.

AJ would land very badly onto his neck, holding onto it, screaming in agony. Kushida realizes this, contuning the attack on the neck and showing no mercy at all. Kishida would then head to the top rope, for what looks to be a moonsault.

As the leader of Bullet Club, alongside Jay White, Kenny Omega and Kota Ibushi he is not looking to bright at the moment. Instead, he is looking rather dull, and that is never a good sign when facing someone as surperior as Kushida. But moments later, Styles would get back into this one, eventually setting up for a Styles Clash and the victory. But someone wouldnt be so pleased with this, making it well known.

We end this week's show off with The Fiend capturing Seth Rollins in his playhouse. And compelty murdering him, covering his mouth until he would pass out. Proving that he is not yet done with Seth Rollins or is he? Find out next week.

World Tag League: The Revival VS Guerrillas of Destiny

The second to last World Tag League match of the night sees The Revival do battle with the IWGP Heavyweight tag team champions, the Guerrillas of Destiny. In a fantastic match, the two teams would run down the clock to a time limit draw. With this, The Revival moves to 11 points, and the Guerrillas now sit at 9. Due to this victory, both Imperium and Suzuki-Gun are now knocked out of World Tag League contention, as they are now just barely unable to make up the deficit.

Junior Tag League: The Young Bucks VS Taiji Ishimori/El Phantasmo

Our final Junior Tag League match of the night sees two former IWGP Junior Heavyweight tag champions clash, as former Bullet Club members The Young Bucks do battle with the current Bullet Club tandem of Taiji Ishimori and El Phantasmo. In a fantastic match, The Young Bucks score a much-needed victory over the Bullet Club tandem, putting away ELP with a Meltzer Driver and moving to seven points, just barely staying alive in the Junior Tag League contention.

World Tag League: Roppongi 3K VS Los Ingobernables de Japon

Tonight's main event sees Roppongi 3K do battle with EVIL and SANADA of Los Ingobernables de Japon, with both teams looking to break into the 10 point group. In a fantastic main event, SHO and YOH would pull off the victory, putting away SANADA with 3K and moving up to 10 points.

After the match, we see Rocky Romero's close friend, Kazuchika Okada, ask to have the ring. Roppongi 3K obliges, leaving the ring to the Rainmaker. Okada says that he knows Daniel Bryan is one of the greatest wrestlers in the world, and he was impressed by his G1 run, but he won the G1 with less points than anyone else in history. Okada says Bryan may be great, but he isn't untouchable like the Rainmaker, and at Wrestle Kingdom, Daniel Bryan will see exactly why Okada's been the best champion in the world for years. NJPW then signs off after this, displaying the standings for both tag leagues.

Current standings:

11 points: The Revival.

10 points: Mustache Mountain, Roppongi 3K.

Welcome back to AEW, with AEW Blood & Guts being announced to take place in two weeks time we are going to see matches made official by tonight. We will also see the Semi Finals of the AEW Tag Team Tournament. We will also have a main event of Kevin Owens vs Rusev in a match that should be an absolute brawl. We have a great night planned let’s get right into it.

We start off the night with one of our two semi finals matches in the tag tourney as it will be Beer Money vs Private Party. In what should be an excellent match Beer Money and Private Party are regarded as two of AEW’s top tag teams. In a match that anyone can win it should be interesting to see who comes out on top here.

Beer Money vs Private Party

In a great match, Beer Money defeated Private Party defeated Private Party when Bobby Roode pinned Isiah Cassidy after hitting him with a Glorious DDT. Beer Money would use some dirty tactics as before Roode hit Cassidy and pinned him. James Storm would hit Cassidy with a beer bottle when the ref was distracted. With a bit of controversy Beer Money would defeat Private Party and move onto the finals of the tag tourney.

We then cut backstage as we see John Cena backstage arriving at the arena. The crowd is cheering him as we see Cena crack a smile. Suddenly though we see MJF and EC3 attack Cena from out of nowhere! The two begin to beat down as we then see someone attack MJF with a steel chair!

The camera pans over as we see Tommy Dreamer with a steel chair as he begins to beat down on MJF! Cena begins to fight back as he eventually gets the best of EC3 as MJF and EC3 run off. John Cena looks to have escaped a hWo beating thanks to some help from Tommy Dreamer.

We then cut back to the ring as we are set for the second of our two Semi Finals matchups for the Tag Team Tournament as War Machine will take on Kings of Wrestling. In a very hyped matchup both these teams have been dominant wherever they are and the two will meet tonight. In a matchup that will be very competitive. It will be interesting to see who comes out on top.

War Machine vs Kings of Wrestling

In an excellent match, War Machine would defeat Kings of Wrestling after Hanson pinned Kassius Ohno after he was hit with the Fallout. In what should be an amazing finals it will now be War Machine vs Beer Money to see who will come out on top and become the first ever AEW tag team champions.

We then cut to a video package as we see Broken Matt Hardy is the woods walking around the woods as he stops next to a large rock. He then looks at the camera as he begins to talk.

I have returned, and I understand the rumblings of what the people want to see. So it seems the people have spoken. I will give you the people what you want. You have wanted a specific matchup for a fair bit. Two odd balls going at it as you say. Well here is my proclamation! P...C...O I want you man on man at AEW Blood & Guts. The people want it, Matt Hardy wants it, so P..C..O I will leave the decision in your hands. Don’t disappoint me.

We then see the camera fades away as Broken Matt Hardy walks off laughing. Will we get PCO vs Matt Hardy at AEW Blood & Guts or will PCO decline the challenge.

We then cut back to the ring as we will see Becky Lynch go one on one with Sonya Deville. Mandy Rose will be in the corner of Sonya as Becky looks to get some revenge on the two for the other week when Fire & Desire would beat down Lynch.

Sonya Deville vs Becky Lynch

In a solid match, Sonya Deville would defeat Becky Lynch after pinning her with a quick roll up as Mandy Rose distracted Lynch. It seems Mandy Rose has got the better of Lynch once again tonight. We would see Fire & Desire celebrate on the ramp as we cut away.

We cut to a video package as we see some of the matches that are going to take place at AEW Blood and Guts. The Video package shows that we will see a singles match between MJF and Tommy Dreamer along with a fatal fourway womens matchup on the Buy In show.

On the main card we will see Becky Lynch take on Mandy Rose for the AEW Womens Championship.  We will see War Machine take on Beer Money for the AEW Tag Team Championship. We will also see Broken Matt Hardy take on PCO in singles action. With that being said there are still matches to be announced so stay tuned.

In our main event it will be Kevin Owens vs Rusev in what should be a great matchup. Kevin Owens was challenged by Sami Zayn to have this match as Sami was unable to beat Rusev last week. In what should be a good match, let's see who comes out on top.

Kevin Owens vs Rusev

In a good match, Kevin Owens would defeat Rusev after hitting him with a stunner. This was a hard hitting contest as Kevin Owens was able to come out on top. It seems Kevin Owens was able to accomplish Sami Zayn’s challenge what does this mean for their future.

As Kevin Owens is celebrating in the ring we suddenly see Samoa Joe pop up on the titantron as he is holding a bloody crowbar and laughing. We then see the camera pan over as we see a bloody Sami Zayn laying on the floor. Kevin is shocked in the ring as Joe begins to talk.

I am so sick and tired of being the second fiddle on this show. So tonight I made a statement, a statement to you Kevin Owens. I don’t care about you and your friends little drama bullshit. So Kevin if you want to fight, I’ll fight you. Cause your little friendship shit is over. Right Sami?

The titantron then cuts to black as Kevin Owens is furious in the ring as he begins to run backstage to check on Sami Zayn as the show comes to an end.

Season 5 | Episode 3 | "Return Of The One Many Army"

González Warns Del Rio Of RumoursImage result for alberto del rio

As Lucha Underground begins, before we go to the ring, we join the newest host of the temple, Alberto Del Rio, in his office. Whilst he is on the phone, the door opens and Arturo González (Rush) enters. In the first episode of seasons five, we saw that Arturo and Alberto seem to have a relationship of some sort. After Del Rio puts the phone down, Arturo speaks.

Arturo González: "Holla, boss. I've got some news I need to tell you."

Alberto Del Rio: "Is it important?"

Arturo González: "Yes, I have heard news of fighters that are making their way to the temple, fighters of dark origins, fighters that have brought terror to this place before."

As Arturo speaks of the dangerous fighters that are rumored to be making their way to the temple, a wicked grin spreads across the face of Del Rio.

Alberto Del Rio: "You know, Dario let many monsters into Lucha Underground in the past, he was never afraid of letting the most dangerous fighters in this business fight inside the temple. If there's one thing I admire about that man, it was that."

Arturo González: "Okay, good then because I've heard the fighters coming are seriously dangerous. Actually, a returning luchador came in this morning, a certain mister 'One Man Army'."

Now, Arturo and Alberto share a look as they both smile with Lucha Underground bringing in great fighter after great fighter in an exciting return to the temple.

Bobby Gunns vs King CuernoImage result for king cuerno lu

In the first bout of the night, we see Bobby Gunns have his debut match after we saw him for the first time last week in the lockerroom with Jordan Devlin. This week, he faces one of the most accomplished fighters of the temple, King Cuerno.

In their match, we are introduced to The King of Smoke Style's in-ring abilities against one of the most sound luchadors in wrestling today. Despite his impressive debut, Gunns is unable to get the victory over The King of The Hunt.

Winner: King Cuerno

Killshot Comes Across An Old FriendImage result for killshot lucha underground backstage

In the locker room of the temple, we see The One Many Army, Dante Fox, after González mentioned to Del Rio that he had entered the temple earlier tonight. As Fox is wrapping his hands, an old friend of his, Killshot, approaches and he is joined by his newest friends, González and Apollo Crews.

Killshot: "Hey old buddy, how are you?"

In response to Killshot's friendly greeting, Fox just stares back at him, clearly not as excited to see Killshot as Killshot is to see him.

Arturo González: "So, Fox, tonight you are facing Prince Puma. I know you are familiar with him and I think we all know he needs bringing down a level. He walks around here like he owns the place as if he's entitled to something because of his past in the temple. Perhaps, if you do Del Rio a favor and rough Puma up a little, Del Rio does you a favor in return."

As Arturo grins at Dante after making his proposition, Fox just shakes his head.

Killshot: "Hey come on man. We've got other business to handle tonight so can you just do us this one favor?"

With Dante remaining to not reply and refusing to give them an answer, Killshot seems to grow annoyed but Arturo and Apollo stop him from ruining any chances that Fox will take up on the offer as the three of them then leave.

Apollo Crews vs Dragon Azteca JrImage result for apollo crews

Next, we have the second match of tonight's episode as the prodigy of Rey Mysterio Jr, Dragon Azteca Jr, returns to the temple. With him in the ring, Apollo Crews enters after we just saw him backstage with Killshot and Arturo, where they referred to having matters to attend to tonight, with this perhaps being those matters.

As Crews and Azteca Jr put on a competitive match, everything is going normally until Killshot and Arturo run out. With Arturo distracting the referee, Killshot attacks Azteca Jr and helps Crews get the win.

After the match, Crews, Arturo, and Killshot celebrate before they then continue to beat down Azteca Jr. However, Kalisto runs down to the ring and saves Azteca Jr from the attack, causing the other three men to flee. With Kalisto being a victim to these three in the premiere episode of season five, it's clear that he's fed up with their attacks as he tends to Azteca Jr.

Winner: Apollo Crews

Devlin Repays The Favor To Gunns Image result for jordan devlin backstage

Back in the locker room of the temple, we see Gunns recovering after his match earlier tonight. Just like Bobby approached Jordan after his loss last week, Devlin now approaches Gunns with a huge smirk on his face.

Jordan Devlin: "Fella, what happened? I thought Bobby Gunns is killer."

Bobby Gunns"Shut up."

Jordan Devlin: "Aw, is poor little Bobby upset? Come on, how about we go get some ice cream?"

As Devlin continues to ridicule Gunns, Bobby suddenly steps right into the face of Devlin.

Bobby Gunns"Do you think you're funny?"

Jordan Devlin: "I think you need to get out of my face."

Bobby Gunns"Okay, okay, I can do that, as long as you step in the ring with me next week."

In response, Devlin begins to nod so Gunns slowly backs up. The two share one last look before Devlin leaves and Gunns returns to his locker.

Dante Fox vs Prince PumaImage result for prince puma lucha underground

As Dante Fox comes out, making his return to the temple, the question on mind is whether Fox is going to take up the offer proposed to him by González and Killshot. Clueless to this offer, Puma makes his usual entrance as he looks forward to competing against a formidable opponent in The One Man Army.

As expected, this match is filled with thrilling moments and incredible high-flying maneuvers as these two men who were prominent figures in the original Lucha Underground go to war as the man to lead this new era is still disputable. After Fox has the opportunity to take a chair shot at Puma but refrains from it, he is caught off-guard by Puma who finishes him off and picks up the victory.

Winner: Prince Puma

Del Rio Makes A Huge AnnouncementImage result for lucha underground championship belt

After a stunning main event, the host of Lucha Underground makes a surprise entrance to the ring, followed closely by his right-hand man, Arturo González. As he gets in the ring, he shakes the hands of both men with Fox looking back at him with animosity due to the offer Del Rio sent through González whilst Puma is appreciative of the support from the new host, unaware of Del Rio's dirty work.

Alberto Del Rio: "Congratulations to these two phenomenal athletes for an absolutely miraculous main event. See, it's competition like this that excites me, it inspires me to make decisions like the one I'm about to announce. Ladies and gentlemen, believers, I am out here to announce that to crown the first Lucha Underground Champion in this new era, there will be an eight-man tournament held inside the temple over the coming weeks and the first two participants to be confirmed are Dante Fox and Prince Puma!"

After making this huge announcement, González hands Del Rio an object covered by a robe. As Del Rio takes it, he removes the robe and unveils the Lucha Underground Championship, holding it high as the camera focuses on it, with a direct shot of the belt being the last image of the episode.

Monday Night Raw- Episode 14- "Evil Gargano"

See the source image

We begin this week's episode of Monday Night Raw with the man who seems to have stepped up to the Bullet Club leader, AJ Styles in Johnny Gargano. Tonight he explains why he did what he did, and what is next for him.

Johnny Gargano- A lot of people want to know why I did what I did, huh? Look, AJ Styles thinks he can run this company with his goons, but for me that is just not gonna happen. I have carried this damn company on my back for almost half a year. And i get no recongintion for this fact, so at the Royal Rumble i finally get the thanks that I deserve.

Jay White vs Kushida

Both men make their way to the ring, trying to get their body ready for this upcoming Royal Rumble Match. Where both of these perfomers will compete in the match. But the real question is, will either of them be ale to overcome the challenge that awaits them in 4 weeks?

The bell rings and we are off, we begin with a lockup. The strength advantage goes to Jay White, with a slight edge in the strength department. As he pushes his opposition into the corner, but Kushida reverses and pushes White over into the corner. He would go for a kick, but White was there to stop it, as he would sleep the legs of Kushida. Kushida would then wait for Jay White to reach his feet for a beautiful pele kick.

As we continue on with this already competitive matchup, both men would be down, seeming from exhaustion. But can you blame them? A few moments later, Kushida would reach his feet and so would Jay White, as Kushida would go for a huge forearm, Jay White would duck under and grab Kushida from behind for a dragon suplex.

A great match thus far, and we are just starting off the night. But every match has an ending, and it seemed to be getting to that point for this one here. As Jay would pick up Kushida, he would lick his lips before ending his victim with a Bladerunner and the victory.

Pentagon Jr vs Dragon Lee

Last week, we saw Aleister Black vs Dragon Lee, a man Pentagon has been in war with for almost two months. And it seems they are still stuck in that grudge war, maybe for even more months to come? Lets see, if Pentagon can get his mind off of Aleister Black for just a few minutes.

The match begins with yet another lockup, like usual fashion. The strength advantage would go to Pentagon Jr, easily. As he would push his opposition into the corner visously, taking Dragon Lee by surprise. Pentagon would continue his attack, with multiple strikes to the abdomen. As Aleister releases from the attack, he goes for a knee strike but was abruptly stopped with a spanish fly.

As we continue on, with a decent match. Dragon Lee is looking very impressive here tonight thus far, but you have to remember how dominant Pentagon has been these past two months. A few moments later, both men would be up, ensued in a brawl, showing how competive they are towards eachother. Pentagon would then go for a strike of his own, before being countered by Lee into a boston crab.

And the boston crab is securely locked in, nowhere for Pentagon to go besides the ropes. After a few moments, stuck in this perdiciment, he would reach the ropes, the refree having no other choice but to call for a ropebreak. Once both men are free of exhaustion, Pentagon would quickl attack Dragon Lee with a Pentagon Driver for the win.

Royal Win

As we return from commercial break, the man who will go one on one with Johnny Gargano in just four weeks time, is standing in the ring. He begins to pace around before grabbing a microphone, rage begins to set in the mind of Bullet Club's leader, AJ Style's mind.

AJ Styles- You know I heard what Gargano said earlier tonight, how he is not afraid of me, neither Bullet Club. Well thats just a load of crap isnt it? Johnny is scared, he is afraid that come the Royal Rumble victory will elude him. My Royal win will show how dominant I truly am in this industry, and Johnny Gargano you will fall like the rest.

The Fiend vs Kenny Omega

And finally it is time for some Main Event action, as The Fiend goes one on one with the man he beat over two weeks ago, Kenny Omega. But the question is, can he do it again? Both men for sure, will be trying to show that they are better than the other.

We begin this clash, with a lockup, one that seems to be extra tense, more so than others. The strength advantage would go to The Fiend, by a landslide, taking Kenny Omega over to the corner. The Fiend begins to spit into his victim's eyes. Before Kenny Omega's rage would begin to set in, stepping up to the fiend.

As we continue, for the duration of the match, or atleast most of it. Kenny Omega has been running the joint, not letting The Fiend get much offense at all. A few moments later, Kenny Omega would look to go for a "Dragon Rush", and he would connect perfectly.

He would go for the pinfall, but only a 2 count would be executed. He would then pick up The Fiend, looking to end that one, but would be interrupted with a Sister Abigail for the win. After the matchup, he would take Kenny Omega with him.

A Brawl....

After an epic match, backstage we go. Where Kenny Omega is being examined, a man that knows the Fiend's tactics way too well, Seth Rollins goes to try to stop The Fiend. Which leads to a brawl, but not much later, he grabs Seth Rollins suffocating him until he is knocked out. Now having two victims in his grasp.
