SIX MAN HELL IN A CELL
WWE CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
SETH ROLLINS (c) VS THE ROCK VS RANDY ORTON VS TRIPLE H VS RYBACK VS ROMAN REIGNS
Six of the best superstars that RAW has to offer will be locked inside four sides of steel that will cage these superstars in for a night of hell. The championship scene on raw has begun to heat up as newcomer Seth Rollins swooped in to claim his first WWE Championship at the Night of Champions PPV in the Fatal Four Way Match. Seth Rollins has now claimed his spot at the top and his claim that he is the future of the WWE has come into fruition, but it could be a former friend, partner and brother that could end that dream in one punch.
Roman Reigns hasn’t exactly had a stellar month, but it’s a month that has shown that he will do whatever it takes to earn his opportunity to get his hands on Seth Rollins. Reigns was competing for the United States Championship at Night of Champions, in which he suffered another singles loss, leading to many fans beginning to doubt Reigns’ ability to move into the Main Event scene.
Reigns, had the chance to qualify for the Six Man Hell in a Cell Match by having a match against Ryback on RAW, which he once again couldn’t win, giving Ryback the kick start to his career comeback, giving Ryback the chance to turn around a six month period of hell. Reigns had his last chance to qualify in which he qualified in the most impressive manner by defeating five other superstars in a six man battle royal. Reigns suffered a momentary beating from Seth Rollins after teaming with him to reunite The Shield for one night only at Old School RAW. Rollins would evidently be pinned by Shawn Michaels for The Shield to take the loss, Rollins was irate and began attacking Reigns. However, Reigns would manage to get the upper hand on Rollins by hitting the Superman Punch and a Spear to finish off Rollins. Now Reigns is looking to take away Rollins’ biggest prize away from inside Hell in a Cell.
As for the other superstars in the match, Randy Orton, Triple H and The Rock it is once again another opportunity to capture the WWE Championship. The Rock didn’t suffer the pin to lose the championship at Night of Champions and he recently spoke to BrendenPlayz.com stating “I feel robbed, I worked so hard to get in the best shape of my life to come back to win the WWE Championship and I achieved that. But it was all taken away from me in one night and I didn’t even have a say in it. Now I have my championship rematch in a multi-man environment again, I don’t deserve this.” The Rock feels he deserves a fair one on one rematch for his championship, but he will have his one and possibly only shot inside the demonic structure known as Hell in a Cell. As for Triple H and Randy Orton, they are clinging on to dear life in the WWE title picture. Both men have had their battles in recent months but it is now their last chance to earn the championship, but it is also perhaps the final stop in their long rivalry against one another but this time they will be confined inside Hell in a Cell and the rule book will be thrown out the window.
Will personal issues get in the way of the bigger of the WWE Championship for our superstars? Will Seth Rollins once again sneak away as the WWE Championship or will his bitter rival and former friend Roman Reigns finish what he started at Old School RAW?
HELL IN A CELL
WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
CHRIS JERICHO (c) VS THE UNDERTAKER
Monday Night RAW has been the home for Chris Jericho since the RAW after Wrestlemania. For the duration of the series, we have watched Jericho time and time again fail to step up to the challenge and win the “big one” here in Universe Mode, but perhaps we have finally seen a turning point for Jericho and the Y2J has officially been reborn here on Smackdown.
Winning Money in the Bank in July was the beginning of a new Chris Jericho. Having captured the tag team titles with partner Christian, Jericho finally found himself in the spotlight with critics now turning into fans and the fame and glory was finally coming Jericho’s way again after years of losing. Jericho began to gain momentum on RAW, knocking off many of the top superstars on RAW in singles competition. This leading to many Universe Mode fans wondering, when will Chris Jericho cash in on the WWE Championship, after all he had beaten majority of superstars who were competing for the championship at the time. What was the answer? He wasn’t.
Chris Jericho has one man in his mind and that was the World Heavyweight Champion The Undertaker. This was a man that he had previously faced at the grandest stage of them all, Wrestlemania. In match where The Undertaker had humiliated Chris Jericho, after Jericho tormented “The Deadman” for weeks. Undertaker would beat Jericho in a matter of minutes. This would send Jericho irate and he would receive even worse news the following night on RAW when he was drafted to RAW and would never earn another opportunity to face The Undertaker. He would cash in his championship opportunity at the Night of Champions PPV, granting Jericho a match against The Undertaker with the title on the line. Jericho would comfortably defeat The Undertaker to capture his first World Championship in Universe Mode, thanks to the assist by Sting beforehand.
Now The Undertaker is looking to recapture his championship and Jericho wants to prove to Undertaker that he is indeed better than him and that their Wrestlemania match was a fluke. Their match will be contested in the same environment that their Wrestlemania match was held in, Hell in a Cell. Their skills will be tested to their absolute limits and we will find out who truly is the better man. The possibility of Sting interfering in the match is a major possibility and is one that cannot be ignored. So, will Sting appear? Will he be after the champion or an individual superstar? Who will walk away as the World Heavyweight Champion?
